This product is a wax lotion developed for the water-based varnish and coating industry, which can significantly improve the surface performance of the coating, improve the wear resistance, smoothness, adhesion resistance and other properties of the coating, and has excellent permeability and gloss.

3、 Usage suggestions

1. This product is recommended to be added in the later stage of coating production. If it is added during the preparation process, attention should be paid to the dispersion effect and its impact on viscosity.

2. The recommended dosage for this product is 3% -8% of the water-based coating, and the specific dosage needs to be determined by the user based on experiments. The maximum dosage can reach 10%.

3. This product can be added to water-soluble resins, water-based emulsion resins, or water-based pigment pastes.

4. This product is also suitable for water-based inks.

4、 Packaging specifications

50kg/plastic drum, 120kg/plastic drum.

This product is a non flammable and non explosive hazardous material and should be stored in a ventilated and dry environment at 5-30 ℃, avoiding exposure to sunlight and freezing. After use, the container should be sealed and have a validity period of 12 months.
